Nursery School

The Y’s preschool is dedicated to providing children ages 2 to 5 with a learning environment that is warm, nurturing, and supportive, while incorporating caring humanitarian values.

Our curriculum emerges organically from your child’s interests, ideas, and experiences.

When you visit our preschool classrooms, you see our children busy at work, exploring topics of interest through interaction with a variety of materials and through collaboration with other children and adults.

Children are empowered to ask their own questions, conduct their own investigations, and make decisions regarding their daily activities.

Through play, our children are able to experience self-motivated learning that increases their desire to dig deeper, ask more questions, conduct more research, and to develop important cognitive skills.

Above all, we are an inclusive community committed to maximizing the potential and participation of all types of learners in our classrooms.

Applications for children born in 2019 are now available and registration is open for Nursery School 2021-22 for children turning 2 by September 2021!
